Many of our friends and supporters are aware that our friend and mission collaborator Bobby McVey crossed the threshold into Heaven on June 1st. Bobby has been battling cancer for 2 years. While the battle had intensified, his death was unexpected and sudden for his family and his friends. Bobby has been a vital part of our mission work, both here in Honduras and in Mexico. He is responsible for the design of the Ciudad de Angeles logo as well as the Mission UpReach logo. He has done the creative work on our monthly newsletters as well almost every other thing we have mailed over the years. Bobby gifted his time and talent to us, but most importantly his heart for what God is doing here in Honduras. Bobby’s sudden passing has left us a bit off balance, creatively as well as emotionally. We are so thankful to know he is with our Lord, enjoying complete and total healing. Please pray for his wife, Carrie, and his three daughters and two grandchildren whom he adored.
